From interview with Don I took out few interesting things. He use headings from newspapers as story starting point.  With dark comedy we - laugh- and then think about what you laughed. Animation is funny more by editing passing, if too long not funny. Free from reality, don't replicate reality. Dont do to impress anybody but yourself.
